Where is the Expo located?

Call 301-965-2000 for reservations. Ask for the Benefits Selling Expo 2010 discounted rate of $249 per night (single/double).


How do I book my hotel room?

For reservations at the host hotel, Gaylord National, call 301-965-2000. Ask for the Benefits Selling Expo 2010 rate of $249 per night (single/double).

Availability is limited. Reservation requests received after March 24, 2010 will be accepted on a space available basis and subject to the hotel's prevailing rate at that time.


How do I register my booth personnel?

Each 10x10 booth receives 2 complimentary full conference exhibitor registrations and an additional 2 full conference exhibitor registrations at a rate of $250. Exhibitor registration will be online this year, information about how to register your booth personnel is coming soon. Registration will close on April 16, 2010. Where do I check-in/pick up my badge?

Exhibitors/sponsors may pick up their official Expo badge beginning Sunday, April 18 at 8 a.m. from the Expo's exhibitor registration desk. Official registration hours are:

*All exhibitors/sponsors MUST have an official Exhibitor badge to enter the exhibit hall, keynotes, education sessions and networking events. For additional registration questions, please call 720-895-4987.


Where do I ship my freight?

GEMS will accept freight beginning on Tuesday March 16, 2010 at 8:00am. Please label your freight as shown above and have all tracking #’s with you when you arrive should we need to track any freight.

If you must ship your freight directly to show site, GEMS will begin receiving freight on Saturday April 17, 2010. Freight arriving to show site before April 17, 2010 will be refused. Again, please make sure that you have all tracking #’s with you in the event we need to locate missing freight.


When do I need to order supplies for my booth?

In order to receive advance order discount rates listed on all price sheets GEMS must receive your order and payment by March 26, 2010.

What are the exhibit hall set-up/take-down hours?

Set-up:
Sunday, April 18, 8 AM to 5 PM
Monday, April 19, 8 AM to 4 PM
*All booths MUST be set up by 4 PM, EST on Monday, April 19, 2010 for review by the Benefits Selling Exhibit Manager.

Take-down:
Tuesday, April 20, 7 PM to 10 PM
Wednesday, April 21, 8 AM to 12 PM
*All booths MUST be taken down by 12 PM EST on Wednesday, April 21, 2010.

To be certain Expo emails are delivered to your inbox, add admin@list.financialindustryevents.com and svanschoyck@benefitssellingmag.com to your address book and safe senders list.


Where do I submit my FREE company description for the Conference Guide?

As part of your exhibiting or sponsorship agreement, you're entitled to a complimentary company description in the Expo's official Conference Guide and on the official Expo Website. The deadline for Conference Guide submissions is January 29, 2010. Stay tuned for more details on submitting your Conference Guide listing.


*If this form is not completed by January 29, 2010 your listing in the Conference Guide will be limited to your company name, booth number, address, phone number, fax and Website from your Booth/Sponsorship Application. We reserve the right to edit copy as needed to limit the description to 50 words or less.
